Question about greek salad?!
im just wondering!.
ive gotta know some good nutritional facts about greek salad!. ive got a specific recipe!.!. since a lot are different!.!.
Ingredients
8 lettuce leaves
? red capsicum (65g)
1 white onion
2 stalks celery (200g)
2 tomatoes (250g)
? cucumber (125g)
12 black olives
125g fetta cheese
3 tablespoons (60mL) French Dressing
i just need to know like what kind of vitamins it has, eg A,D,C !.!.calcium
and where it coes from!.!. eg!.!. vitamin A form!.!. olives or something!.

i,m not going to give you the (this that) data,all ingredients are great in this recipe,veggies with olives and feta are great anytime!.!.!.not sure about the french dressing though!?!?greek salad,french dressing!?use olive oil,fresh oregano,garlic and lemon juice,season with s&p!.!.
