I've never made Amish Friendship bread, but I bake a lot!. You could use a cake pan or a cast-iron skillet!. If the dough is fairly stiff, you could bake it on a cookie sheet as a free-form blob,

Hey, it's only dough and there's plenty more where that came from, right!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have fixed the Amish Friendship bread many times!. It raises pretty high!. I think I would use a bundt cake pan!. I always put cinnamon on top of mine before baking, my family loves it, but I lost the recipe for Amish Friendship bread!. Could you email me the recipe please!? I found several on the web but I'm not sure which one I used!. I would know if I saw it again!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use a circular cake pan or some muffin tins, just reduce the cooking time a little because it will probably cook more quickly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i agree with snackie i bake bread and cakes in cast iron skillet takes less baking time!. any round pan without handles will work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The round pan or else any glass or tin pan will work might need more then oneWww@FoodAQ@Com

Anything that will hold all the batter, plus room to rise!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

the cake pan will probably workWww@FoodAQ@Com
