Question: I need pink white chocolate for some candy I'm making!. Do I just add dye to the cocolate while it's meltling!?
Answers:
Add a little food coloring to the chocolate after it's melted, once it's cool!. Paste food coloring is the best to use because the water in liquid food colorings can make chocolate streaky!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make sure you don't have a water-based food coloring!. It needs to be oil-based!. The water and the chocolate won't mix together well and the texture will get mixed up!.

Most craft stores or cake supply stores sell pre-colored chocolate discs, if you can't find an oil based food coloring anywhere!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, but I would let it be 100% melted first!. So that you can stir it quickly and evenly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
