jello poke cake, take an angel food cake that comes in a tinfoil pan like you get right in the grocery store, leave it in that pan, make a package of sugar free jello, orange, lemon or cherry are my favs, poke the cake a bunch of times with a straw or the handle of a wooden spoon, pour the jello over it and put it in the fridge till it is set up, dip it in hot water for a second and flip it over on a plate, it should slide right out of the tinfoil pan, and garnish with sugar free or fat free cool whip, my whole family loves it, even the non diabetics, good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Use Splenda instead of sugar or desserts that have the label "no sugar added", like some jellos, puddings, etc!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
