Good Cheesecake Recipe?!
I'm 10 weeks pregnant and craving a really good cheesecake, I hate the ones they sell at my local bakeries, so I'm going to make one myself and I want a good recipe please, preferrably strawberry cheesecke!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Top this basic cheesecake with sliced strawberries that have been sprinkled with sugar and allowed to sit a bit in the fridge to make juice!.
Best Cheesecake
Crust
2 cups grahm cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tsb melted butter
1 large egg white lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 375oF!. Mix all crust ingredients and press into bottom and a little way up sides of 10 inch springform pan!. Bake for 5-10 minutes!. Cool until reaches room temp!.
Filling
5 packages of cream cheese
1 3/4 cups of sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tsb fresh lemon juice
1 Tsb vanilla extract!.!.pure if have
2/3 cup heavy cream
Reduce oven to 325oF!. Wrap bottom of sprinform pan with alumium foil!. A few sheets!.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth!. Best if done when cream cheese is at room temperature!. In a small bowl lightly beat eggs, lemon juice and vanilla!. With mixer running slowly add egg mixture to cream cheese!. In about 4 increments!.Add heavy cream next!. Mix well!.
Pour cream cheese filling into springform pan!. Place springform pan in a shallow roasting pan and fill roasting pan with enough hot water to come up half inch of springform pan!.
Bake for 60 to 90 minutes, or until center is firm !.

STRAWBERRY MARBLED CHEESECAKE
Crust:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
Cheesecake:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
10 ounces frozen strawberries (thawed), in syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Puree strawberries and cornstarch in blender!. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, then cool!. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan!.
Bake at 350 F!. for 10 minutes!. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended!. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition!. Pour half of the batter over the crust then add half of the strawberry mixture by spoonfuls to the batter!. Pour remaining batter into the pan then add the remaining strawberry mixture by spoonfuls!. Swirl the mixture with a knife until it resembles a marbled effect!. Bake at 300 F!. for 50-60 minutes or until set!. Allow cheesecake to cool then remove from rim of pan!. Chill overnight before serving!.

Set aside 1/3 cup strawberry sauce; cool!. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce for serving!. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy!. Gradually beat in milk!. Add lemon juice; mix well!. Add eggs, beat on low just until combined!. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over crust!. For the filling: Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese with the condensed milk until combined!. Add vanilla and eggs!. Divide this mixture in half!. Add the melted chocolate to one half of the mixture!. Pour this (the chocolate batter) into the crust lined pan!. Add the strawberry and sugar mixture to the remaining batter!. Spoon over the chocolate filling!.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes!. Remove from oven and cool for half an hour!. Remove sides of the pan!. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving!.
