I ate sushi,!.!. sometimes I ate fast food!. Towards the last few weeks, I had a couple of sips of wine!. And that child is healthier than the one where I was paranoid about what I was eating!.!.!.!. You just have to be careful to buy quality food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

its the iron in them!.!. too much can be bad!.!.!. but you'd have to eat shrimp everyday for a few weeks for anything to happen
