I need a good, fairly easy, healthy lunch?!


Question: I need a good, fairly easy, healthy lunch!?
So, I'm going to make myself some lunch, I"m kind of hungry, I need fairly healthy recipe that is easy, since I'm a beginner cook!.

So this is what I have:

Steamed veggies

Chicken breast (Boneless nad skinless!.)

Brown rice

Fruit

tortillas

Fish fillets

Cucumbers

Apples

Baby Carrots

I think I have green peppers!.

fish fillets or chicken -- both have protein so theyll fill you up!. then i would accompany with some fruit and veggies -- maybe the cucumbers or steamed veggies and whatever fruit you have!. if you're extra hungry add in the rice!. sounds well rounded!Www@FoodAQ@Com

fry up the chicken in strips!. use PAM on the pan!.
cook up the brown rice
and place both in a warm tortilla


cook the veggies!. add carrots, and cumumbers and make a salad
add some dressing- low-calorie and low-fat

for a little snack- apples and cinnamon
or a fruit salad

depending on what the steamed veggies are, you could throw some of those in too!.
