How do you make fried egg-whites?!


Question: How do you make fried egg-whites!?
i tried removing the yolk while frying it and spreading the white part over the yolk regardless it still shows up how can i make them so that there just the fried egg white part!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Theres one way thats pretty messy all you do is crack the egg in half and leave the egg in the half shell then with the other half over a bowl you keep switching it until the white stuff comes into the bowl!. When you break the egg don't dump the whole egg into the pan!. Instead using the shell (or for beginners two cups) pass the yolk from shell side to shell side allowing a little bit of the white to fall into the pan with each pass!. At the end of this you will have the yolk in one egg shell and all the white in the pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

its simple really!.!.!. you separate the yolk from the white before putting into the pan!.

you do this by cracking the egg like normal but instead of cracking it into the pan, as you open it you tilt it so that the entire egg goes into one half of the shell!. then you go back and forth with the egg from one side of the shell to the other tryin to catch just the yolk!. after a few switches the yolk and the white will separate

Separate the eggs first!.

The easiest way is, when you crack them open, just pour the yolk into the other half-shell and let the whites drip out into a bowl!. Then throw the yolks in a separate bowl, either unbroken to add in later, or mixed to just use scrambled or whatever later!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

when you crack the egg, you are suppose to crack it half way and then over a bowl with half the shell in one hand and half shell in other hand, move the contents of the egg to left to right, the eggwhite should drain down into the bowl leaving the yolk in the shell!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You separate the whites from the yolks before you fry them!. There are little separator gadgets in kitchen supply stores to help you or just crack an egg carefully and pour the white in one bowl and the yolks in another!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Heat oil in your pan until hot!. Drop in the egg gently!. Spoon some of the hot grease onto of the yolk!. This will cook the cover of the yolk turning it white!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
