What complements Crab for a great dinner?!
I am wanting to make a special dinner for my husband and he loves Crab, so do I he he!. But I don't know what to put with it!. I was thinking maybe some corn on the cob and a little salad!. But I'm really not sure at all, and I want it to be very special for him because he's been having problems at work and all!. Please does anyone know a great crab lunch/dinner I can fix for him!?

Corn on the cob is perfect with crab !.!.!. and so is the green salad!. Make the salad special by adding some drained mandarin oranges, sliced red onion and carmelized sliced almonds (stirfry in sugar until sugar melts & coats the nuts); with Balsamic vignarette dressing!. You can use sliced strawberries or raspberries instead of the oranges too; substituting pecans or walnuts for the almonds; and using a good bottled Raspberry-Walnut or Raspberry-Pecan vignarette dressing !.!.!.!.!. If he like asparagus, you can steam some, and tie little bundles with strips of sun-roasted peppers !.!.!.!.!.!.and have a great dessert:
SUPER FUDGE PIE
1/2 c!. butter
2 sq!. unsweetened chcolate
2 eggs
1 c!. sugar
1/4 c!. all purpose flour
pinch of salt
ice cream or whipped cream for topping
Melt butter & chocolate over warm water!. Beat eggs in a bowl and gradually add sugar!. Add flour and salt; then combine with chocolate mixture!. Pour into ungreased 8" pie pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 min!. Cool and freeze!. Can be eaten frozen !.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Red Lobster Biscuits- Cheese and Garlic Biscuits
2 ? cups Bisquick or biscuit baking mix
? cup cold milk
4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick)
? teaspoon garlic powder
1 ? cups grated cheddar cheese
Bush on Top:
4 tablespoons butter, melted
? teaspoon dried parsley flakes
? teaspoon garlic powder
pinch salt
Directions:
1!. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees!.
2!. Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork!. You don't want to mix too thoroughly!. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are about the size of peas!. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and ? teaspoon garlic!. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix!.
3!. Drop approximately ?-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop!.
4!. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown!.
5!. When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt 2 tablespoons butter is a small bowl in your microwave!. Stir in ? teaspoon garlic powder and the dried parsley flakes!. Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits!. Use up all of the butter!. Makes one dozen biscuits!.

INGREDIENTS
4 ears corn, shucked
1/2 cup light sour cream
4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Salt and ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS
Place corn on a microwave-safe plate; cover tightly with plastic wrap!. Microwave on high power until corn is fully cooked, 8 to 10 minutes!. (Leaving plastic wrap in place, corn can be made up to 2 hours ahead!.)
Mix sour cream, cilantro, chili powder, lime juice, salt and pepper!. Cover and chill until ready to serve!. (Makes 1/2 cup!.)
About 10 minutes before serving time, heat butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium to medium-high heat!. Add corn and cook, turning with kitchen tongs every few minutes, until golden brown, about 6 minutes!. Serve immediately, with sour cream spread passed separately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep it simple because the crabs are the real highlight!.
Nothing much better with crabs than fresh corn on the cob, fresh made cole slaw!.!.!.!.maybe some hot rolls!.
