Answers:
add sauce to the plain pasta and then sausageWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try this:

4 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound sweet Italian sausage, remove casing
1 pound zucchini, cut into half-moons
1 pound summer squash, cut into half-moons
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper
1 pound fettucini

In a large pot over high heat, bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil!. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil!. In a large pan over medium high heat, add remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and sausage!. Cook until sausage is browned!. Add zucchini, squash, onions, red pepper and basil and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until the squash starts to caramelize!. Season with salt and pepper!. Add pasta to the boiling water and cook until just al dente!. Drain reserving 1/2 cup pasta water!.
Pour cooked pasta and 1/2 cup pasta water into the sausage & sauce!.

If you could simmer the sausage on the stove top in white wine, minced garlic and chicken broth you would have a nice sauce to put over your pasta!. I recommend linguine or penne pasta!. What sauce you decide on whether white wine or just butter, add some basil and parsley for added flavor!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would use a marinara sauce on the pasta and serve the sausage on top!. Make a salad and maybe some garlic bread to go with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
