Making cream puffs?????!

Question: Making cream puffs!?!?!?!?!?
When I try to make cream puffs, the bottom always gets burnt!. I have a non-stick baking sheet but I think it might old or broken!. I'm going to buy another baking tray at vons!. What kind should I buy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Try raising your oven rack up a notch, keeping the puffs away from the bottom element!. This should help!. You can also line the sheet with parchment!. I bought "air" cookie sheets and nothing ever burns on those things!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Why not try a different recipie!? Get some tips from this! :)

CREAM PUFF DESSERT

Boil together 1 stick butter and 1 cup water!. Add 1 cup flour!. Mix well!. Cool slightly!. Stir in 4 eggs, one at a time!. Mix well and spread into 9 x 13 inch greased pan!. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes!. Cool completely!. Makes a pretty crust!.

DESSERT:

Take 1 large box vanilla instant pudding!. Add 3 cups milk and 18 ounce package softened cream cheese!. Mix together with a wire whip so lumps disappear!. Pour into cream puff crust!. Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip on top of pudding and drizzle Hershey's syrup on top!. Refrigerate!. Keeps very well for days!. The cream cheese gives the pudding a different, good taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like my flat baking sheets with a layer of air between the metal (forgot what they're called)!. I make them all the time, and they're never burnt!. Maybe your oven isn't calibrated right!. Get a cheap oven thermometer (about $2) while you're at the store, and keep it in the oven!. also, make sure that they're on the middle rack (not the bottom) !.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
