Chicken noodle soup question?!


Question: Chicken noodle soup question!?
Hey there, so I'm making chicken noodle soup tonight!. The recipe calls for one whole chicken breast, I have some chicken breast, but is one enough!? They are the bagged kind, and they are normal size I guess!. Should I use one or two!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 chicken breast from the bag should be fine and if you don't think that is enough chicken add a little more noodles and veg!. also if you think that there is not enough chicken you could cut the recipe in half!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

One whole breast is quite a bit of meat!.!.I would stick to the recipe!.!.!.

If you are making a small quantity of soup, say 1l one would be enough, but when I make soup I do 1? gallons, (6l) so I would use both!. Go for what you wish!.

If you want your soup to be very meaty by all means use two!. If you're making soup from scratch I bet you are a good cook so use your own judgment!. Most recipes improve with adjustments from the cook! Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
