What are some healthy lunchbox options?!


Question: What are some healthy lunchbox options!?
they need to be quick things to make cos i wanna be healthy but i dont have that much time in the morning!.

i could take about 10mins to organize something!.

I put everything in snack bags on Sunday before my week!. I do a bunch of different ones then I pick what I am in the mood for that day!. Fruits, Vegetables, Hard Boiled Eggs, Tuna or Chicken Salad, Yogurt, Lunch Meat Wraps, Salad, Bagels, 100 Calorie Snack Bags, Pitas, Wheat Bread and Soup in a Thermos!. Club Sandwiches
Take four slices of bread and spread them with butter or margarine!.
On the first slice place ham and some mustard!. (Optional)
Place the second slice of bread on top of Ham, and cover with mashed egg, seasoned with S&P!.
Place the third slice of bread on top of egg, and cover with de seeded tomato pieces, seasoned with S&P
Top with forth slice of bread, spread side down!.
Cut crusts from the sides and cut into fingers!.

If possible get a loaf of caterers sliced bread!.
It is cut lengthwise, instead of across, so you can make several at a time!.


These could be made the night before and put in sandwich bags and refrigerate overnight!.

If you deseed the tomatoes they will not go soggy!.
You may want to use lettuce, instead of egg if you choose to make them in the morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep tupperware of washed ingredients ready in fridge
- veggies & dip (mayo or yogurt or salad dressing or sour cream mixed with dill or onion soup mix or cumin or salsa)
- salad (toss on grated cheese/ beans/ cooked egg/ nuts for protien)
- hummus with pita
- pre-made pinwheels (tortillas rolled with salmon cream cheese & capers or mayo with turkey slices & lettuce or!.!.!.!.!.!.)
- cheese & crackers & fruit
- muesilli ( soak oatmeal in milk overnight) & add yogurt/ fruit/ nuts in AMWww@FoodAQ@Com

whole wheat burrito wrapper, hummus, shredded lettuce or grated carrots!. roll up, wrap and go!.

plain or vanilla yogurt, walnuts, granola, fruit

leftover dinner from the night before!.

Soup that you make on the weekend and portion out for your lunch all week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
