- Chicken
- White Rice
- Lemons
- Parsley
- tomatoes
- potatoes
- chick peas
- peppers
- Spices
- Lettuce
- Some Nuts (different types)
- Cheese Spread
- Crackers (saltines)
- Olives
- Butter
- Cheddar Cheese (not spread)
- Eggs
- Carrots
Heres My Question I Want Answered Please:
- What Healthy dinner(s) Can I Make With What I Have!?!!?

Chicken and rice with a side of candy carrots!.
Candy carrots are really easy to make!. Clean or peel 2-3 carrots, slice, cook in a little water with a tsp!. of sugar and a touch of margarine or butter!. Oops! Something isn't on the list!.

You need more sources of protein so you don't get tired of chicken for lunch and dinner everyday!.

Cheesy Chicken and Baked Rice

1/2 cream of chicken soup (or sub with the mix of butter (1/2 stick, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup milk)

1 and 1/3 cups water

3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables

1/2 tsp onion powder

4 skinless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1) Stir the soup, water, rice, veggies and onion powder in a 12X* shallow baking dish!.

2) Top with chicken!. Season chicken as desired!. Cover

3) Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until done!. Top with cheeseWww@FoodAQ@Com
