What cooking oil do you use most often and why?!

I used Crisco for years until my daughter moved to Italy and married an Italian!. Both she and her then fiance would always bring back olive oil made from the olives in the region they live!. Now I use olive oil for cooking, baking, frying, salads, etc!. and like it, it's much healthier too!. Some oils sold in the States are too strong for my taste and when I do buy oil I buy the extra virgin milder flavored oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i use crisco pure canola oil for deep frying or baking, and crisco olive oil for stir frying, salad dressings and italian cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
