What's an easy recipe for chicken?!
I'm pretty picky when it comes to my food!. I don't like any garlic or anything really!. Lemon Chicken and Chicken Marcella are my favorites!. Any quick way to whip up some good poultry for dinner!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't have the exact recipe, but here's something I created!.
Make a marinade using teriyaki sauce, a little soysauce, a little honey, apple (mix in blender), and a little lime!. Marinate chicken in overnight!. Sautee chicken!. Buy a can of pineapple and some skewers!. alternate pieces of chicken and pieces of pineapple!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps
1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (about 4 breasts)
1 (1-pound) package sliced bacon
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes!. Cut each bacon slice into thirds!. Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden pick!. Stir together brown sugar and chili powder!. Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture!. Coat a rack and broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray!. Place chicken wrap on rack in broiler pan!. Bake 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp!.

Quick, Easy -N- Fast Chicken Marsala
2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and white pepper
flour, for dredging
1 T!. olive oil
1 T!. butter
1/4 C!. Marsala wine
1/4 C!. chicken stock
1/3 C!. sliced fresh mushrooms
Cut each chicken breast in half, and pound between layers of plastic wrap until each is about 1/4-inch thick!. Season lightly with salt and white pepper and dredge in flour!. Heat olive oil and butter in a large saute pan over medium-high heat!. Shake off excess flour from chicken breasts and saute about 2 minutes per side until lightly browned!.
Add Marsala, chicken stock and mushrooms!. Reduce to a simmer, and cook until mushrooms soften and sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes!. Serve with a side of pasta!.
Makes 2 servings!.

Flatten chicken cutlets!. Place olive oil and flour in separate bowls!. Dip chicken cutlets in oil or melted butter, then in flour!. Place in 13 x 9-inch oblong dish!. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken cutlets!. Top with parsley!. Pour chicken broth over chicken!. Bake in 350°F!. oven for about 45 minutes!.
Makes 4 - 6 servings!.!.

2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1) Stir the soup, water, rice, veggies and onion powder in a 12X* shallow baking dish!.
2) Top with chicken!. Season chicken as desired!. Cover

My favorite part of chicken is the wings!. I usually buy them already cut up and frozen!. I get 3 to 5 pounds in a plastic bag at Walmarts!. Estimate how many you are hungry for and thaw them out!. When thawed, place on a layer of paper towels to remove moisture and dry out!. Set the oven at 475 to 500 degrees, depending how hot your oven will get and allow 15 to 20 minutes to heat up!. Get out a broiler pan and spray with Pam (for easy clean up)!. I have a wide silver bowl like the ones used in pro/restaurants and I put my wings in it and season them, sometimes with just salt 'n pepper, other times, Lemon Pepper; those two are my favorites!. Then toss the wings until evenly coated with the seasonings!. Sometimes I just take some seasoned flour and put that in a plastic bag and add the wings!. Close the bag and shake the wings until well coated!. Shake off excess flour and place the wings on the broiler pan; don't crowd too much!. Put into the oven on the bottom shelf and set the timer for 20 - 25 minutes!. If you prefer you can take the wings from the oven about 5 minutes before they are done and turn them over to crisp up on the other side!. Once you try this method, you may never fry wings ever again!. Very easy!. simple and quick to do!.
