It all depends on your taste, to be honest!. And what you are allergic to!. Since I am not sure exactly what you like to eat, I will judge by what I like to eat!.
Day 1: Pancakes and all-natural Maple Syrup, strawberries, skim milk
Day 2: Waffles and all-natural Honey, a banana, organic orange juice
Day 3: Cinnamon Sugar Oatmeal, blueberries, whipped cream
Day 4: Yogurt Smoothie and some whole grain crackers
Day 5: Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich (slice the bananas up and put them in the sandwich), cranberry-raspberry 100% juice
Day 6: Whole Grain Bagel with Nonfat Cream Cheese, Prune Juice mixed with Orange Juice, and an apple
Day 7: Scrambled Eggs with some bell peppers, a miniature whole-grain muffin, and coffee with half and half cream and skim milkWww@FoodAQ@Com
