I like to get spicy Italian Sausages, grill 'em up until they have a nice crispy outside, and put that with the fresh tortellini you find in the refrigerator section of the grocery store!. Toss with pesto, and voila! Dinner!
Now that you've got me thinking about dinner!.!.!. Fajitas sound very yummy!.!.!. with home made guacamole, grilled onions and peppers, and fresh tortillas!!!(with top secret marinade, of course!) (We actually just did fajitas for my oldest daughter's birthday a few days ago! I can't get enough of them!)
ADD: I don't think we have a Trader Joe's here! I've heard of them, but never been to one!. (Heard nothing but good things from family that lives in VA!.) When we do fajitas, we always get skirt steak (best cut of beef to do fajitas with) and we do beef, because we eat chicken and ground turkey and fish all the time!. Beef is always a special treat! Best way to marinate it that we have found is: 2 parts soy sauce, 1 part pineapple juice, and a bit of water!. Add season all or we use tony chachere's (don't know if other places have it) just before grilling!. Makes for excellent taste!
And that refrigerator cake does sound quite yummy! I have a weakness for sweets!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
