Paranoid about food poisoning...please tell me if I made my chicken soup safely?!

Question: Paranoid about food poisoning!.!.!.please tell me if I made my chicken soup safely!?
1!. Cooked two whole chickens on 2nd day of them being unfrozen, ate dinner, saved left over meat
2!. 2 days later, boiled carcasses to make stock for soup; put stock in fridge to solidify fat in soup that can be scraped off
3!. Next day made the soup

I'm paranoid because the soup is ready but the chicken in it is 5 days old from when it was first thawed, and 3 days old from when it was cooked!. Is the soup good to eat!? For how long!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The chicken may be five days old, but you've bought it up to a boil, three times!. So as long as you keep it cold and heat it properly, the soup is good for at least 3 more days after you made it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

good question

the thing to remember is that so long as the food is out of the danger zone the bacteria is controlled!.
danger zone 40- 160 degrees F
Chicken kept in the fridge for 7 days is ok!.

Soup will be good for another 2-3 days
so long as it is always kept out of the danger zone

If you've all ready eaten the soup, it's been twenty-four hours after you've eaten it and you're not sick, then there's nothing to worry about!. As long as the chicken was fully cooked and was at the very least refrigerated then yes the chicken was still good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you actually did better than most your soup is fine and will be fine for another 3 days do not worryWww@FoodAQ@Com
