I am a former chef and while they may be soft inside as most biscotti are before the second drying bake there is NO!!, issues with food poisoning, the mix is cooked, now they will if not refrigerated get slightly harder as they have less fat in them then normal brownies so ice them when there cool and the slide them in the frig, I like a gooey soft mushy brownie anyways!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Are they still raw inside or are they just soft!? Because if they are raw, then you could potentially get food poisoning, but if the egg inside is cooked, then you will be ok!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
u can leave them out just cover them so they wont dry out cookie tin with wax paper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
