Tomorrow I am having my friends over for lunch!. There are going to be 3 adults and 6 children aged from 15-4!. What is the best dessert to make!? Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chocolate Velvet Pie
1 8-inch (6 oz!.) prepared chocolate crumb crust
1 3/4 cups (11!.5-oz!. pkg!.) Milk Chocolate Morsels
1 pkg!. (8 oz!.) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
2 oz!. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar(s), made into curls *
Chopped nuts (optional)
Microwave morsels in a medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 1 minute; Stir!. The morsels may retain some of their original shape!. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15-second intervals, stirring just until melted!. Cool to room temperature!. Beat melted chocolate, cream cheese and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until light in color!. Fold in whipped cream!. Spoon into crust!. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm!. Top with sweetened whipped cream, chocolate curls and nuts!.
CHOCOLATE CURLS:
Carefully draw a vegetable peeler across edge of a bar of Semi-Sweet Chocolate!.

1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell *
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup (6 oz!.) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts
Sweetened whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Preheat oven to 325° F!. Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy!. Beat in flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar!. Beat in butter!. Stir in morsels and nuts!. Spoon into pie shell!. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean!. Cool on wire rack!. Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired!.

3/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
(chopped nuts can be added if you like)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!. In a heavy saucepan, combine caramels and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk!. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth; set aside!. Grease a 9x13 inch pan!. In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk by hand until dough holds together!. Press half of the dough into the prepared pan, reserving the rest!. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven!. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips (and nuts, if you choose to add them) over the crust, pour the caramel mixture evenly over the chips!. Crumble the remaining dough over the caramel layer and return to the oven!. Bake for an additional 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven!. This is a great light, summer dessert!. You could make 2 different flavors, and stack them in the refrigerator!.

1/2 cup brown sugar Peeled and sliced apples
1cup flour 1/4 cup sugar
1Tablespoon flour 1Tablespoon cinnamon

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp sugar, plus extra for dusting
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 stick (1/2 cup) cold unsalted butter, cut in bits
1/2 cup canned sweet potato puree
2/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp heavy (whipping) cream
Filling
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
6 sprigs fresh lemon thyme
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
6 large white peaches, halved, pitted, cut in 1/2-in!. wedges
1 1/4 cups heavy (whipping) cream
Garnish: lemon thyme sprigs
PREPARATION
1!. Heat oven to 350F!. You'll need a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or nonstick foil and a 2 3/4-in!. biscuit cutter!.
2!. Shortcakes: Mix flour, baking powder, 2 Tbsp sugar, the salt and nutmeg in large bowl!. Add butter; cut in with a pastry blender until coarse crumbs form!. Add sweet potato puree, then pour 2/3 cup cream over top; stir with fork until a soft dough forms!.
3!. On a lightly floured surface knead gently 1 or 2 times!. With floured rolling pin, roll out dough to 3/4 in!. thick!. Cut 12 rounds with floured cutter!. Reroll; cut scraps!. Transfer to prepared baking sheet, 2 in!. apart!. Brush tops with 2 Tbsp cream; dust with sugar!. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown!. Cool on rack!.
4!. Filling: Gently boil sugar, water, thyme sprigs and lemon juice in a small saucepan 10 minutes or until syrup turns pale golden!. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes!. Discard thyme sprigs; stir in peach wedges!. Cool to room temperature!.
5!. To assemble: Beat the 1 1/4 cups cream with 2 Tbsp of the peach syrup until stiff, billowy peaks form when beaters are lifted!. Split shortcakes horizontally; place 1 bottom on each serving plate!. Spoon on peach mixture; top with whipped cream!. Replace shortcake tops!.

Maybe you should try a sundae bar!. Just take 3 cartons of ice cream!. Any flavors that you like, but i would prefer vanilla,chocolate,and strawberry!. Then take little bowls and fill then with different kinds of toppings such as crushed cookies, sprinkles, caramel sauce, hot fudge sauce, etc!. better then sex cake you make a chocolate cake as soon as it gets out of the oven you poke holes in then pour sweeten condenced milk over it put in the fride for a few hours then you frost it with whip cream and decorat it with carmel sauce and i f you like with pieeces of a skor candy bar!.!.!.best cake ever and very easy!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, I love spice cake!. I make the spice cake, and put granulated sugar on top!. Then I apply a blowtorch used for cooking for a second then sprinkle it with power sugar!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
