How do you think this chicken breast would turn out?!

Question: How do you think this chicken breast would turn out!?
I'm making chicken breast and I thought of this:

Chicken Breasts covered with flour and cooked in a frying pan with hot sauce or hot mustard on it!? Does that sound ok!? What would you do different!? ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Dredge in hot mustard prior to dredging in flour!. I have a recipe that does this & I then put the chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish, drizzle with melted butter (or if watching calories, spray with butter-flavored Pam), and bake 40 minutes at 350!. My daughter's favorite chicken!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like your thinking!.

Trying stuff outside of the box always creates new and exciting recipes!.

Mustard can be sharp so you always have to add other ingredients to make the flavours work!.

Try adding brown sugar with the mustard and some spices such as paprika, cumin!.
mix the mustard sauce ingredients together and use it as a basting sauce!.

When using mustard vinegar is always good to add a little tang to the sauce!.

Or add some liquid ( water) to the mixture and cook the chicken in the liquid in the oven!.

That sounds great!. My suggestion is to dip the chicken into the mustard or hot sauce, then the flour, then fry it!. The sauce or mustard will help the flour stick so you get that bready type taste in every bite!!!

Maybe used chicken tenders instead to ensure it cooks all the way through!. Add some fresh parsley or pepper to your flour to add flavor!.

Once I dipped chicken tenders in ranch dressing, then in bread crumbs then baked them, those turned out reallly good! You can do the same by adding the mustard or hot sauce, then the bread crumbs, crackers, corn flakes, whatever you have!. Hope this helps!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can coat the chicken breast with hot mustard, then dip in flour and pan fry in some oil!. Sounds good!. You can also season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chile powder, and cayenne pepper -- add a little or a lot of chile powder and cayenne pepper depends on how spicy you like your food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

marinade the chicken in the sauce or mustard (I would also add!.!.!.if using hot sauce, some oregano and/or garlic!.!.!.if using hot mustard ginger, and a little five spice powder, or soy sauce!.!.!.!.!.!., eliminate the flour, and bake it!. at 350 for 20-25 minutesWww@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't put the sauce on the chicken when it is cooking!. I would make a sauce and pour it over the top when it is served!.Using just plain flour won't be very tasty!. Add some salt and pepper and bread crumbs with it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I might try putting the hot sauce in 1 egg whipped up and dipping the chicken in that and then in the flour!. As far as mustard, i dont know!.!.i think i would just make a mustard sauce and pour over chicken and bake in the oven uncovered!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

both sound good
you can just make chicken strips out of cutlets and fry them and DIP into both sauces!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
