Where (in Canada) can I buy an empty recipe book that I can fill myself?!

Question: Where (in Canada) can I buy an empty recipe book that I can fill myself!?
Answers:
You can buy 'empty' books at Staples or any stationery store!.
But a recipe card file might be handier, from any Dollar Store!.
Instead of writing out recipes, try cut & paste from magazines!.
Of course there are hundreds available on-line!. (see below)

I bought a 3 ring binder and some sheet protectors so that I can print out my own or favorite recipes, stick the recipes in the sheet protectors and then put them into the binder!. You can buy page dividers if you want to categorize your recipes (I am doing this - desserts; sauces; seafood; chicken, meat, lamb and pork entrees; side dishes, etc!.) to find things easier!. You can also purchase a binder that lets you insert a cover page in case you want to do multiple binders as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
