Pork chops stuffed with spinach and provolone?!

Question: Pork chops stuffed with spinach and provolone!?
I'm trying my hand at this for the first time!. I've had pork sandwiches with spinach and prov and liked them!. Any thoughts on how the stuffed chops taste!? Any good recipes out there using these or similar ingredients!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I make a chicken recipe stuffed with a spinach-garlic-cheese mixture!. (I'll include the link below)!. A similar method could work for your pork chops if you use boneless chops and pound them thin to wrap around the stuffing!. My recipe uses cream cheese, but you could easily cook down the spinach and garlic, cool it, and add shredded provolone!. As the chops bake, the cheese would melt into the stuffing!.

you will need boneless pork chops that are fairly thick (1 inch)

saute one cup dice onion in 1 T oil until translucent add 1 t rosemary 1 t salt 1/2 t pepper and a large bunch of baby spoon spinach!.saute until the spinach has cooked down!.!.!.place in large bowl and add 1 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs and enough broth or water to moisten so it hold together!.
make a slit in your pork chops to form a "pocket"!.!.and stuff the chops with mixture!.!.!.place in baking pan and season with s&p to taste!.and 1/2 cup water to pan bake at 350 for 1 hour!.!.!.place Prov on each chop during the last 10 mins!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
