I need a side dish recommendation with the following dinner idea....?!
Tonight I am making chicken breast with a sauce I made (stir fry sauce mixed with sweet chili sauce) white rice, salad w/an oriental dressing, and asparagus!. I need an idea for another vegetable cause not everyone likes asparagus!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ginger carrots would be pretty with it and the ginger would go nicely!. Just simmer baby carrots or sliced carrots in butter, honey, lemon and a touch of ginger!.

I would do snow peas and mushrooms with ginger
cook the snow peas ahead of time and cool
quarter the mushrooms
peel the ginger using a spoon
then slice very thin
In a hot Pan add oil add mushrooms and cook for two minutes
add ginger and snow peas cook until snow peas ar ehot!.
add two tbsp of plum sauce and soya sauce
