Make a chicken salad that uses lots of tarragon, some chopped celery, chopped craisins and some mayonnaise!.

French potato salad!.!.!.pour an oil, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard and tarragon on your warm cooked salted potatoes!.!.let come to room temperature!.

Ground turkey burgers!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.seasoned with Tarragon, salt, pepper and fresh bread crumbs, and an egg and cooked in a frying pan till golden brown!.

Roasted whole chicken, slide underneath the skin, sliced lemons, sprigs of tarragon and cover the skin with salt and pepper!.

French tarragon goes very well with all fish!. I also like it with chicken!. You can just put a few pieces on top if you're grilling, or chop some and add it to rice or noodles!. Or add it to salads!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The Marie Calendar restaurant/buffet in San Diego's Horton Plaza used to make an excellent chicken pot pie with Tarragon!. Never had any luck with it myself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
