i need a chinese coconut pudding recipe!!

I've spent ages looking for a good Chinese style coconut pudding but i cant find one!!

when i say chinese coconut pudding i mean like this:

~~Simple Chinese Coconut Pudding
Ing:
2 tablespoons powdered gelatin
1-3/8 cup boiling water
1 5-ounce can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon coconut extract
2 egg whites

In mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water!. Add evaporated milk, sugar, and coconut extract!. Set aside to cool to room temperature!. Meanwhile, whip egg whites until fluffy!. Set gelatin mixture in larger bowl of ice and fold egg whites in just as gelatin begins to chill and firm up over ice!. Spread into greased pan or mold and refrigerate until set!. Serve chilled!.

~~Authentic Chinese Coconut Pudding
Ing:
glutinous rice flour 1 lb (or one bag of 14 oz will do)
baking powder 1 tbsp
sugar 1&3/4 cup
eggs 3
vegetable oil 3/4 cup
coconut milk 2&1/2 cup (one can of 400 ml or 14 fl oz will do)

1!. Mix flour and baking powder together in a mixing bowl!.
2!. In another mixing bowl, put sugar, eggs and oil together and mix for about 5 minutes!. Add coconut milk and whip again for 1 minute!.
3!. Fold 1!. into 2!. and blend well!.
4!. Pour batter into a pyrex glass container (a long, shallow, rectangular one is best)!.
5!. Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes!.
6!. Enjoy!

The only ingredients that may be hard to find are the glutinous rice flour and maybe the coconut milk, but all Chinese supermarkets should have them in stock, and many supermarkets now have aisles dedicated to Asian cuisine, and it would be surprising if you can’t find one or the other with a little bit of searching!.

* 2% Milk - 120 Calories - 4!.5g Fat
* 1% Milk - 100 Calories - 2!.5g Fat

2/3 cup white sugar
2 egg whites

DIRECTIONS!.!.!.
Lightly grease a 1-quart dish or casserole!.
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water!. Stir in coconut milk and sugar!. Allow to cool to room temperature!.
Meanwhile, whip egg whites until fluffy!. When gelatin mixture has cooled to room temperature, place gelatin bowl in an ice bath!. When mixture begins to set, fold egg whites into it!. Spread in prepared dish and refrigerate until set!.
