Tropical Salsa
1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
1 1/2 cups diced peeled ripe mango
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbs fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large jalapeno chopped, seeded
1/2 tsp salt & pepper

Prepared ingredients, combine and mix!. Chill 30 minutes and serve with your favorite seafood or fish taco recipe!. Www@FoodAQ@Com


CHICKEN & pineapple

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
-- 1 chicken
-- 4 slices of pineapple
-- 1 box of coconut milk
-- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
-- 1 onion
-- 1 clove of garlic
-- A nut butter
-- Salt
-- Pepper
1!. Spellate chicken, cut the flesh into pieces, removing the wings and the body!. Let dry in garlic butter and the onion peeled and finely chopped!. Add the chicken, soy sauce and pepper!.
2!. When the meat is well rosolata, add the coconut milk (allungatelo with water in the case was too dense), pineapple cut into cubes, incoperchiate and cook for 20 minutes!. Adjust salt and serve accompanied with fried rice!. Bon appetit

Spicy Pineapple Fritters

Ingredients
1 habanero, minced (use with or without seeds up to what you can handle or any chili)
1 tablespoon diced fresh chives
1 scallion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
3 sage leaves, minced
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper
2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
oil, for frying
Directions
1Blend first 9 ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and well mixed!.
2Place in a bowl and add pineapple chunks!. Stir to coat!.
3In a heavy pan heat a couple inches of oil!. Oil will be ready when you drop a bit of batter in and it drops to bottom sizzles and rises to surface!. At this point drop by spoonfuls and fry till browned taking a couple minutes!. Remove and drain on paper towels!.
4Season with salt and garnish chives!.

Ingredients:
2 packets almonds (1/3 cup each)
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 regular cabbage
1/2 purple cabbage Dressing:
3 Tbsp!. sugar
1/4 cup vegetable Oil
1 tsp!. sesame Oil
1/2 tsp!. salt
3 Tbsp!. rice vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees!. Roast almonds 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown, set aside!. Julienne cabbage and mix well in large container!. Mix oriental dressing, better to double for your liking, best put in empty bottle or salad dressing shaker!. Before serving, mix all ingredients and add can of pineapple (Best if chilled)!. If can find, add 1 package of Nissin ramen noodles, orange stripe with little chick on left bottom corner of package)!.

Terriyaki Chicken, Veggies & Pineapple
Marinate them all in terriyaki & then grill!. Serve over jasmine rice!. Very sweet & savory!.
