Bread making question?!
hi i want to make some bread for tomorow, is is ok to leave to prove overnight!?!? and bake tomorow!?!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
If you left it out on the counter overnight, it would rise up and then collapse!. You can proof it in the fridge - it's called retarding the dough and bakeries do it all the time!.

Ewwww, no don't let it sits overnight because it will get old or gross all suddenly! Just do it tomorrow when ya ready to bake!. All it takes is 10-30 mins to be done in oven alone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No, proofing only takes about 10 minutes then it should be added to your ingredients!. You can mix everything up and then let it rise in the fridge over night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
yes, but let it sit in fridge overnight
It will need to warm on the counter for a while before its ok to bake it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
