Question: What would be nice to serve at a brunch!?
We are having my husband's sister and her husband over for an 11:00 brunch on Sunday!. Would anyone be able to suggest some nice things to serve!? There will be 4 adults and 2 children!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i like this:
you need:
bread
cinnamen/sugar mixture(you can buy it mixed)
egg

take the skillet and turn it on!. then take a piece of bread and in the middle take a very small cup or a cookie cutter that is about 2 inches across!.- a small one not as big as the bread!.
then cut a whole in the center of the bread!.
butter the bread and put it on the skillet!.
then crack the egg in the middle of the bread!.
then put the cinnimin/sugar on top!.
yummm!.

Make "omelette's in a bag"-have some ingredients so people can pick out their own combo- it's really fun (link)!. Have a fruit salad and muffins made ahead, or some Pillsbury biscuits or croissants to pop in the oven!. Coffee or tea, milk and juice!. Don't forget jelly and butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually serve a quiche or two!. Another favorite is an egg casserole that you can make a day ahead!.
