What's the easiest way to make homemade blue cheese stuffed olives?!
Answers:
I would buy the largest olives possible!. Then take blue cheese & mix with a little cream cheese!. Put the mixture in a ziploc bag & cut off one of the bottom corners!. Now you can use the bag like a piping bag to fill the olives!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Do what they do at the bars!.
Buy Large Queen Pimento stuffed Olives!. And A tub of Crubmled Beu cheese!.
You take a toothpicj or skewer (at the bar I use a sip straw), and push through the back side (the star shaped cut side) of the olive to push the pimento out through the big hole in the other side!.
Then you take (with VERY clean hands) a big pinch of the crumbles and roll them between your fingers until they are shaped like a little tube!. Then you cram them in the cavity of the olive until it is full!.
It is pretty labor intensive, but damn they are tasty!.
Place then into a tupperware container or back in the jar thay came in and COMPLETELY cover with olive juice and they will keep in the fridge for a coule of weeks!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
