How can u make perfect cookies?!
Answers:
1!. Find a recipe you like!.
2!. Put a lot of love and care into the dough and baking!.
3!. Cook the lesser time the recipe tells you to, check the cookies!. If they don't look ready, let them cook until the second time the recipe states!. That is, if the recipe says to cook for 12-15 minutes, cook them for twelve minutes, check them!. If they are not ready, cook another three minutes to get to fifteen minutes!. If necessary, cook longer, but usually the recipe gets it right!.
4!. Let the cookies cool if you aren't eating them right away, though they taste best when eaten still hot and slightly gooey!.
5!. Carefully lift the cookies off the cookie rack and decorate them!. Personalized decorations are lots of fun!.
I've noticed that if you think kind thoughts, relax, and actually care about the cooking, the food seems to turn out better!. Either that, or its the placebo effect!. Have fun with the cookies!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually add a little extra brown sugar!. It makes the cookies a bit chewier!. also, take them out of the oven about a minute early!. They will finish baking on the sheet, but will not overbake, which saves them from becoming hard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
use a cookie dough scoop or a cookie press!. The scoop looks like a very small metal or plastic ice cream scoop! Www@FoodAQ@Com
I find a recipe I want to try & I give it a whirl :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
