I've seen mini-souffles prepared in actual tea cups, although I've never tried it myself!. You'd have to make sure the cups will withstand oven temperatures!.
Another thought, although there's more work involved: try using empty, washed tin cans (soup or tuna fish cans, for example) of identical size!. Make sure the top of the can has been removed cleanly (no jagged edges), then grease the inside of the can and line it with parchment paper!. I HAVE used this method---only because it was sort of an emergency---and the results were very good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You would destroy your souffle as you tried to get them out of a muffin pan!.
Use ordinary cups, but not your good ones as they may not like the heat!.
An alternative would be to use an attractive bowl and serve at the table!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could use a muffin tin or a big round, but deep casserole dish!.
