What are the food quirks in your home?!

Question: What are the food quirks in your home!?
my bf hates when i cook with butter!. i don't know if he was traumatized or what!. if i sauté chicken or something in it he's fine, but otherwise he hates it!. if i make veggies he prefers that i not season it with any kind of butter, but i can use other things, such as olive oil!. he refuses to even try butter pecan ice cream because it has the word "butter" in the title!. he also hates butter on toast, so he'll just put jelly on it without butter!. its not about health or anything, the thought of butter just grosses him out!. i can't complain though because i literally hate mushrooms so much that they aren't allowed to cross the threshold of our apartment!. the bf would love to add mushrooms to things when he's cooking, but he knows i'd have a cow if he did!. what are you and/or your other's food quirks!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
