In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese!. Simmer this
until all is melted, and mixed well (keep stiring once you add the chz, it its really easy to burn)!. Add the Parmesan cheese and Garlic

with a little salt and pepper!. It has been made with half-and-half, but

Alfredo sauce is a classic cream sauce which can be used on lots of different foods but is most commonly seen on pasta, especially long shapes like linguine and fettucine!. It's also nice over chicken or fish, but we aware that Alfredo sauce is very rich I usually make it like this!.!.!.

Heat a three or four-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until it is quite hot, then add about a tablespoon of water or wine to the pot (it will boil immediately) followed by 1 cup of heavy (i!.e!. whipping) cream and one or two crushed garlic cloves!. The addition of the water or wine helps to ensure that your cream will not burn!. Bring the cream up to a simmer, stirring occasionally until it has reduced by about two-thirds and coats the back of a wooden spoon!. Be sure to keep an eye on it as the cream can easily boil over if your heat is too high!. When the desired consistency is reached, remove the pot from the heat and fish out the garlic cloves!. Stir in a knob of cold butter and some grated parmesan cheese, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know how to make it, but Alfredo sauce is creamy and white, and usually used on pasta!.

If you've ever had Fettucini Alfredo or Chicken Alfredo, then you've had Alfredo sauce!.

I think it's pretty tasty, and goes well with any type of pasta or chicken dish!. It's milder than ranch sauce, but with the same type of consistency!. I

It's like a cheesy creamy sauce, but with a very mild taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alfredo is a cream sauce flavoured with parmesan cheese, and sometimes with garlic, too!. I love the stuff, but it can be quite bad for you due to use of cream!. You can use cream cheese as a base:

Heat 1 tub Philadelphia spreadable cream cheese with one cup each milk and kraft grated parmesan!. Bring to a boil!. Season with a pinch of nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste!.

Pour over hot cooked pasta and top with more kraft grated parmesan!. Makes 8 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alfredo sauce is a creamy Parmesan cheese sauce, I put it over Linguine!.(Spinach Noodles Is what I like)!. My daughter's favorite is Pepperoni Alfredo!. Pretty tasty stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
