I have to agree with libra, the most definable mid-atlantic cuisine is the blue crab!.

Sadly it seems that our most famous ingredient is in-dangered!. The maryland blue crab!.!.!. You can make anything from it, from appetizers to main to dessert and you will never go wrong!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
