Answers:
I do this all the time! Remove the chicken from the refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes prior to baking, meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees!. Then lightly rub butter and seasoning salt (or a seasoning of your choice) into the chicken!. Place chicken into a lightly buttered casserole and seal with alum!. foil!. Bake for 20 minutes maximum because the objective is to partially cook the meat and any longer it will dry out before it hits the grill!. Remove chicken from the oven, discard foil and place on a platter to rest for 20 minutes, meanwhile, preheat the grill!. Place chicken on the grill and baste with sauce!. Grill only until the sauce becomes caramelized, then remove and place in a alum!. foil packet to let rest for 10 minutes!. The bone-in chicken pieces with the skin are more tender and flavorful then the skinned, boneless pieces!.

I make mine like this all the time if they are bone in chicken I add a dry rub to them with a little oil and rub it on the chicken then put in the frig for about 1 or more hours then bake in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes then remove from the oven and on low on the grill cook your chicken 30 minutes longer, 15 minutes per side basting with BBQ sauce it will be GREAT that way
And don't cover the pan in the oven when cooking the chickenWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'd say if you have 1 lb of chicken parts spreaded out flat will be about 20 minutes in the oven at 350F!. They should almost be done by that time, then throw them on a hot grill for 10 minutes (with a few turns) probably will be enough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

350 degrees for about 45 minutes (20-25 min for boneless)!. Be sure to cover the baking pan in tin foil and seal it tightly, otherwise there won't be much point in BBQ-ing afterward (they'll already be fully cooked and browned)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would do it at 350 degrees for 15 minutes unless you want to cook the chicken all the and then just brown it up on the BBQ with sauce then I would cook it for 25 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd suggest you do it opposite: Get some flavor and grill marks on the chicken, THEN finish in the oven!. For bone-in pieces, 350oF for 45-60 minutes ought to be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To PAR Cook Them - 350* for 30 minutes!. Finish on grill!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
