Question: Has anyone ever smoked a buffalo/bison shoulder roast!?
I want to cook it in my charcoal side box smoker!. How long should I smoke it for and what temp should it reach!?Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
Smoke seasoned roast for at least 3 hours or even longer for a more smoky flavor!. You know it's ready when the internal temp reaches 155F-165F!. Can I come over for dinner!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
