I love chicken Parmesan!.

Chicken breast is coated in egg and then into some Italian bread crumbs and a little Parmesan cheese!. Pan fry it in a bit of extra virgin olive oil!. Take off, place on paper towel!. I like to cook the chicken half way, then put it into a baking pan and top the breasts with mozzarella cheese!. And finish the cooking in the oven for a little while!.

You can buy your favorite sauce or make one out of scratch if you want!. Then boil your favorite pasta!. Then Add pasta to plate, pour over favorite sauce, and place yummy chicken on top!. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese!.!.!.!.Wallah!Www@FoodAQ@Com
