I had a thought about a taco lasagne using ground beef, taco seasoning, refried beans, lasagne noodles, enchilada sauce, salsa, and green onions!.!.!.!.just layer it all!. I might make it tonight but I don't want it to be terrible so any opinions would be a lot of help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I've made taco lasagna a bunch of times!. Yours sounds great!. Are you not adding any cheese!? I use cheddar or the Mexican blend!. I still use ricotta cheese too- I love that layer and always add it to all lasagnas!. A 16oz container is best when mixed well with an egg!. It'll be super smooth and easy to spread!. I always put the ricotta directly on the noodles, then the meat sauce, then beans, then cheese, then noodles again!. Think green onions would be good mixed with the ricotta!. I add some green chiles and onions to the ground beef!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds really nice, a combination of two of my favourite ground beef dishes!. Go for it!. Can I come round for dinner to taste it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is a recipe that is just like that but instead of using lasagna noodles it uses flour tortillas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds good! You could also crush up some taco shells and spread them on top just before it is finished cooking for some crunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
