1 frozen peeled banana (overnight)
1 1/2 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Fruit smoothies are delicious!
Freeze bananas over night and out them in your smoothies- it will make them so creamy and like a milkshake!.
Actually, if you freeze most fruits it will give them a thick texture and make the smoothie feel more indulgent!.
My favorite combos are
banana pineapple strawberry fresh orange juice
berry banana purple grape juice
peach banana strawberry pineapple orange juice
mango papaya banana pineapple

Personally, I think that smoothies are best with nothing but frozen fruit and juice, but if you like a little bit of a creamy texture throw in some non-fat yogurt (this is also the perfect place to mask the chalky texture of protein powder if you feel the need)
