Answers:
You really should not microwave veggies - it really kills the vitamin benefits!. Steaming is the best way to preserve the nutrient value and they taste great that way - just steam them until they are slightly soft and still mostly crunchy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veggies are best when they are fresh and boiled or steamed on the stove top or grill, although they are doing wonderful things in the freezer section these days!. Birds eye has these steam fresh microwaveable bags and they really do taste fresh, the asian mix is my favorite, but stay away from the corn on the cob!. How the veggie is seasoned plays a big part too!. I stick with butter (or smart balance buttery spread light) and salt!. I love veggies! Hope you do to now!Www@FoodAQ@Com

No - they taste exactly the same, as long as you don't microwave them very long!. In fact, I think they taste better!. I put a single layer of veggies in a scant 1/4" of water, cover with waxed paper, and only microwave for about 2 min - just until they turn bright green and are still al dente!. For that short of a time, with that little water, they lose virtually no nutrientsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Glad you finally found out!. Steaming is much better!. If they are not over-cooked, they are tastier, more colorful and maintain the nutrients, better than microwaved veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veggies are best steamed or grilled!. To answer your question - YES!
In my opinion, they always taste better!. And it's so easy too!!! What a
