Help with baked boneless beef ribs?!

Question: Help with baked boneless beef ribs!?
I want to make a 3 lb package of boneless beef country style ribs!. I plan on just using Famous Dave's BBQ sauce!. Keeping it simple since I don't have a lot of time (I am a mother of 3 boys under 3 years old)!. What is the best way to make them!? I want to bake them, anyone know how long in the oven, and what temperature!? Thank you! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Spray a shallow dish with release spray (Pam) and put the ribs in!. Season them as desired on all sides, cover with foil and bake low and slow - 250F for 2 hours!. Remove foil, drain off any juices, and bake another hour!. Slather with the barbecue sauce and bake another 30 minutes or until the sauce "firms up!." This method needs very little watching and it's nearly impossible to burn them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"I'VE SHARED this recipe with many friends who also cook for two!. We all agree - small recipes are hard to find! This dish remains one of my favorites since it takes little effort to prepare and is so tasty!. Plus, if you are serving a larger group, it is easy to double!. -Margery Bryan, Royal City, Washington"

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually bake mine on glass at 350 to 400 degrees!. Turn every 5 to 10 minutes and slather on the bbq sauce each time you turn them!.

Always note, the lower the temp, the longer you will have to cook it!. But the higher the temp the more you will have to keep an eye on them so they dont dry out!.

Cook them slow and low to make them very tender and juicy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I suggest you bake at 350* for about 45 to an hour!. You know when its done when it is no longer red in the middle!. I like my beef well done!. If you prefer medium rare or something, cook for less time!. Add some onion and or bell pepper to the pan and be sure you have a little water in the bottom!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bake them at 200 degrees for a few hours (probably around two hours)!. When they are about done, put the BBQ sauce on them and broil them!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
