After you poke holes in the cake, pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake!. The you want to pour the carmel on top of the cake and let them both soak in!. Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours to chill!. Take out, add the cool whip or your favorite whipped topping to the cake!. The last step is to place the Skor Candy Bar crumbs all over the Cool Whip and place back in the refrigerator when done till serving time!. Don't forget about the Choc!.
