How long & what temp do I bake skinless boneless chicken thighs? Also suggestions for my recipe?!
Hi, how long do I bake skinless boneless chicken thighs!? And at what temp!?
I'm marinating the chicken right now in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, duck sauce (maybe that was a mistake), a bit of sesame seaweed seasoning, honey, garlic and onion powder!. I hope this works!. Anymore suggestions to make it taste better!? Should I add wine (I have sherry) or ketchup!? I'm sure you know by now I'm not much of a cook!.!.!.any suggestions appreciated - I'm starving!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

have never heard of duck sauce but perhaps its very nice!.
I would be inclined to put them in some alfoil or tinfoil as some call it and bake then in a moderate oven (whatever temperature is medium on your oven) for 45mins to 1 hour and open the foil up to allow them to brown in last 15 minutes !. I don't think you need to add any extras as I think you have quite sufficient - the rice wine vinegar should be enough to make a liquid stock or gravy which you could thicken if you wish or just serve with the legs - I would be inclined to think that cooking them this way is best because they are skinless
You could try coating in panko crumbs and cook in the oven but spray with some cooking oil or spray before and as they cook to stop your crumbs going dry Www@FoodAQ@Com

A very easy and foolproof recipe is to toss the skinless chicken thighs in barbecue sauce -pour more on top and bake for 35 minutes at 350!.
