What's going on? I make good fried chicken with garlic, black pepper and seasoned salt...?!
I dunk the pieces in egg and milk first, then into the flour and season mix!. Then deep fry to perfection!. I eat a few!. Wonderful! But I freeze the rest in sealed containers!. A few days later I take out a piece to microwave!. Where did all the flavor go!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

deep fried food (homemade) is hard to taste the same after freezing!. Specially, because microwave is not the same as stove top!.
What I usually do, is to freeze before frying!. Then, I also have the option of frying while still half frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
