ok are you ready to eat the most delicious thing you've ever made!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!
spinach and ricotta canelloni!!! (lauras special recipe hahaha)

stuff u need
*1box of dry canelloni pasta
*half kilo of fresh ricotta
*a good bunch of silverbeet spinach (cut finely)
*half onion(diced finely)
black pepper to taste
*2 big jars of a really good tomato sauce (i use basillico, basil and tomato) you can add extra garlic, onion etc to the sauce for more flavour
*cheese to spinkle on top (cheddar is ok)

how to make it
mix the ricotta, spinach, diced onion, pepper and carefully stuff into canelloni(try not to break them)
line them up in a deep baking tray and pour over sauce, i like to put a little water into jars and shake to get all the tamoto goodness!. also rememebr that the pasta is goin to cook in the sauce so it neeeds to be fairly "wet" so the pasta can soak it up, the sauce should come atleast 2 cm above pasta!.
put in oven at bout 180 degrees C for 30 mins than add grated cheese on top!. poke it with a fork after another 15 mins in oven to check pasta is cooked!. take out of te oven and spinkle on some chopped basil if u like!. spoon onto plates and serve with a nice salad!. you'll make heaps of friends with this recipe =) Www@FoodAQ@Com
