Answers:
Fish - it's quick and easy!. Perhaps you could get a couple of pieces of salmon, place into foil in a dish, a couple of slices of lemon on top, close the foil, and cook for about 20mins at 180 degrees C!. Serve with green beans and new potatoes!. Delicious!

Chicken breasts!. Cook in foil for 30 mins at 180 degrees C, in a marinade of sweet chilli and onion (M&S sell it)!. Serve with rice and peas or brocolli!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stir Frys are one of the quickest and easiest and healthiest dinners around - I made one last night!.

Make sure your wok or pan is very hot and the oil is just about smoking and add your meat of choice cut up into thin strips - chicken, pork, steak etc

stir fry quickly for about 3-4 mins

add any (or all!!) of the below and anything you may think of aswell

garlic
ginger
chillies
spring onions
normal onions
peppers
broccoli
carrots (sliced thinly)
water chestnuts (from a can)
mushrooms

Stir fry for another 3-4 mins until tender

The list is endless you can use practially most vegetables!. Add a jar or stir fry sauce such as sharwoods or sprinkle in soy sauce, oyster sauce etc etc and serve with rice or noodles - both of these cook very quickly too!!

Happy cooking

also add 1 1/2 can of water from salsa container
mix it all together, put it in a pot on medium high, cook until it thickens,
I generally serve with rice or bread!.

I get home 25 minutes before my boyfriend but I also like to have dinner on the table when he comes in!. We have a strict budget and are very health conscious but like to eat well!.!.!. here's a few of my tricks:

1!. Learn to loooove rice-a-roni and the lipton/knorrs rice or noodles!. They're cheap, have tons of flavors, and taste great- usually only 20 minutes to cook!.

2!. Have you ever had chow mein!? It's sold in cans usually in the ethnic foods or pasta section of your store!. La Choy is the brand I buy!. It takes about 10 minutes to cook, throw in some soy sauce for flavor!. I also make rice to pour the chow mein on, mix in some chicken or beef for protein, then top it with chow mein noodles!. Typically about $6 for that dinner!.

3!. If you like seafood, try Gorton's fish fillets- breaded and un-breaded, both are great!. The breaded type are suprisingly healthy and cook up in the oven very quickly!.

4!. Recently I've discovered tyson meals!. They're about $6 or $7 for a bag (in freezer section)!. I tried chicken enchiladas and they were wonderful! It comes with the chicken, veggies, and tortillas!. My boyfriend is a big eater and we usually have leftovers from this meal!.

5!. Who can forget dessert!? I almost always make instant pudding!. When on sale, you can get sugar free fat free boxes for 45 cents and it only takes 2 cups of milk and 5 mkinutes to set!. Throw in a half tub of cool whip to make mousse!

I'm sure I have more, but those are my favorite easy (and inexpensive) ones! There are about 2 or 3 versions of hamburger helper that I find to be good, but overall those are kinda gross!. I love the lasagna and the four cheese pasta!.
