Make an easy crab louis salad!. You can either use your favorite thousand island dressing or make a "louis" dressing by mixing one cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup each of sweet pickle relish and chopped black olives and one chopped hard boiled egg!.
Then on a bed of iceberg lettuce (or field greens), place your leftover crab in the middle and garnish with whatever you have such as sliced tomatoes, avocado, olives, sliced boiled eggs, canned asparagus spears, etc!.
