Can dark chocolate make you fat??........??......??!
i know that dark chocolate can help prevent heart disease and lower high blood pressure but can it make you fat like milk chocolate!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it can! It still has fat and sugar, just perhaps not as much milk fat as milk chocolate, yielding less saturated fat overall which is healthier!.
Small bits of dark chocolate are indeed healthy, mainly thought to be due to their antioxidant properties, but pure dark chocolate alone is far too bitter for anyone to enjoy, therefore they add the fat/sugar to it!.
Overall rule of thumb: Stick to a smaller portion, eating a bar a day might do you more harm that good- especially if you have diabetes or blood sugar problems!. Everything in moderation is healthy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
